Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned expert to lead our physical design efforts for complex digital and mixed-signal designs. As a Senior Physical Designer, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with international teams, and contribute to the development of innovative products.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the physical design efforts of complex digital and mixed-signal designs
• Develop and implement physical design strategies, including floor planning, placement, and routing
• Create and optimise physical designs using tools such as Cadence Innovus and Synopsys IC Compiler
• Collaborate with design teams to identify and prioritise physical design requirements
• Analyse and resolve physical design issues, including timing, power, and area
• Develop and maintain physical design IP and methodologies
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on physical design best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, validation, and product engineering
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in physical design, with a focus on complex designs
• Strong knowledge of physical design tools, such as Cadence Innovus and Synopsys IC Compiler
• Experience with physical design methodologies, such as design for manufacturability and design for test
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Cadence tool chain knowledge is a must
• AMS design knowledge and/or experience is a plus
